* A Ceroc workshop is any workshop that is not the Beginners workshop and is not taught by Jordan & Tatiana.

Ceroc Dance Wellington reserves the right of entry and all events and workshops have limited numbers.

Discounts:
Ball plus 2 or 3 workshops - $5 discount for the 2nd and 3rd workshops
Ball plus 4 or more workshops - $10 discount per workshop for the 4th and subsequent workshops.

Booking and payment policy:
For registrations over $100 in total:
Before 1/9/11 - Full payment is due by 1/9/11.
After 1/9/11 - Full payment is due 14 days following booking, or by 7/10/11, whichever is earlier.
After 7/10/11 - Full payment is due within 48 hours of booking.

For registrations under $100 in total:
Before 1/9/11 - Full payment is due 14 days following booking, or by 1/9/11, whichever is earlier.
After 1/9/11 - Full payment is due 7 days following booking, or by 7/10/11, whichever is earlier.
After 7/10/11 - Full payment is due within 48 hours of booking.

Refund policy:
No refunds will be given for cancellations after 7/10/11.

Transfer policy:
Transferring registration for any event to another person will only be done at the organisers discretion and upon payment of a $10 per person transfer charge.
